Details on How to Join a Webinar:
The first time you join us for a webinar please give yourself a few extra minutes, as you must download the website program to allow your computer to “share our screen” (view the dashboard and PowerPoint)
5 minutes before the webinar is supposed to begin login to the following website
On the left hand side type in your name (first and last) and your email address; click join meeting (don’t join as host)
The first time you join us on your computer you will be asked to download the program now.
Two screens should appear: the dashboard screen and the PowerPoint Viewer
Call into the conference call phone number on your phone
Enter the Meeting ID: 176442028#
Please do not announce yourself as there are numerous people joining the call at once
Dial *6 to mute your phone (We will be recording to audio to later merge with the PowerPoint for those unable to attend the webinar live. Muting your phone blocks out background noises from everyone’s phones)
If you have any questions during the webinar please type them in the chat box on the left hand side of the dashboard screen. Please have the “chat with” selected as “all participants” so that the host is able to view your questions and forward them to the presenter vocally during the webinar. If your question is not answered immediately it will either be addressed later in the presentation, or at the end of the presentation.
