Position One: What is all the fuss about?


Your friend Pam has been complaining about being ďfatĒ for two years now, and has lost 15 pounds over those two years, even though she is actually very thin. You wants to tell someone in order to help your friend, but you overheard that the school contacted Pamís parents once before and they got frustrated and denied the situation. They mentioned that she was a dancer with a high metabolism. You know that, while this is true, Pam also has an eating disorder. You know that if you bring up the topic again, Pam will get mad at you for going behind her back, but you donít want to see your friend slip away anymore. You decide not to bring up the topic because you know the pressure that dancers are under to stay thin and you canít face losing your friend.


Position Two:She is Out of Control.
