International Youth Exchange

The International Youth Exchange award is to recognize youth and adults who extend an arm in friendship to scouts/ venturers/ rovers from throughout the world, by hosting or assisting in hosting an international contingent, and then also participating in an international exchange in a foreign nation whose scouting program is recognized by the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM).
